Focus and Scope

Journal of Applied Science, Engineering, Technology, and Education (ASCI) is a peer-reviewed, open access, inter and multidisciplinary scientific journal dedicated to expanding access to research in Asia and Africa, enhancing intra-Asia-Africa scientific collaboration, and building academic research capacity in Asia and Africa.

The editorial policy of ASCI is to disseminate, as widely as possible, high-quality research findings and well-written articles on the application of science, engineering, technology, and its learning particularly in Asia and Africa.

Articles from ASCI promote understanding of socio-cultural issues that have a bearing on the application of science, engineering, technology, and its learning. The editorial board welcomes articles that will contribute to the overall development of science, engineering, technology, and environmental education in Asia (ASEAN in general) and Africa.

Focusing on research capacity building in Asia and Africa, ASCI assists first-time authors in achieving the high standards to which the journal is committed. Of course, the journal also welcomes contributions from more experienced authors.

Manuscripts must be the original work of the author, and have not been submitted to any other journal for publication or consideration.
